Trail Description: The Hoh Rainforest, in the Olympic National Park, in Washington State is filled with moss-covered trees that stretch into the sky and millions of ferns. The mostly level path weaves back and forth, occasionally meeting the Hoh River, before re-entering the lush rain forest. The treks in this series explore the first several miles into the magical Hoh River Trail. Enjoy seeing the huge trees, the cascading moss, the birds, Roosevelt elk, and Mount Olympus rising above the broad river valley.
